Leland & Betty Cavner hand built the structure with 8" logs in 1989.  It is located on over 1/2 acre of pie shaped land  with a creek that runs across the North side of the property.  Currently 80% GREEN...with two changes in present operating procedures the 12 room facility could be 100% GREEN.

It was opened as a Bed and Breakfast business in 1995.  In addition to being a
